What we sell

We do not sell IPTV subscriptions, channels, playlists or any streaming content. We sell streaming website templates for WordPress, designed with the Elementor page builder. Our products are website design files only.

Digital products

All our products are digital WordPress templates built with Elementor. There is nothing to ship, so physical returns do not apply.

When you can get a refund

• The template files were not delivered to you
• The template does not work as described on its page and we cannot fix it
• You were charged twice for the same order

When refunds are not given

• You changed your mind after receiving the files
• The template was already customized or published
• Problems caused by your hosting, plugins or third party content

How to request

Contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order details and a short description of the issue. We will review it and reply as quickly as possible.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method or another method we agree on with you.
